Internship Agreement and Originality Commitment
1. Confidentiality
I agree to keep all confidential information regarding IISPPR and the tasks I perform secure and undisclosed. I understand that only information that is publicly available or officially published by IISPPR may be shared outside the organization.
2. Professional Conduct and Communication Protocol
For Male Candidates:
I agree not to personally contact any female candidates via WhatsApp or any other personal messaging platforms. All communication will strictly take place within the official WhatsApp group. I understand that any breach of this rule may result in legal consequences from IISPPR.
For Female Candidates:
If I receive unsolicited messages from a male candidate, I agree to report the issue promptly by notifying the group admin in my WhatsApp group and emailing the incident to admission@iisppr.in, with a CC to hr@iisppr.in.
3. Intellectual Property
I understand that any work I produce during the internship (including research, articles, or other written materials) is the intellectual property of IISPPR, unless otherwise agreed. I will not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials outside of IISPPR without prior permission.
4. Completion of Internship
I acknowledge that I will not be eligible for a certificate of completion if I leave the internship before completing all assigned tasks or fail to meet the standards set forth by IISPPR.
5. Original Research Commitment
I commit to conducting all research independently and without the assistance of AI tools, ensuring my work remains original and adheres to IISPPR’s quality standards.

I recognize that this internship is task-driven. Completion of tasks within specified deadlines is required to receive a certificate. Failure to meet deadlines or quality standards may result in ineligibility for certification.
8. Attendance and Active Participation
Weekly Meetings
I understand that 90% attendance is mandatory for weekly meetings to qualify for certification.
Active Participation
I agree to participate in discussions, assignments actively, and all team-related activities, demonstrating my commitment to the internship.
9.Extension Policy
IISPPR may grant extensions for task submission in cases of exams, health issues, or other emergencies. I will inform IISPPR promptly and provide supporting documentation if needed.
10. Code of Conduct and Professional Behavior
I commit to professionalism in all interactions with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
I will adhere to all organizational policies and guidelines, recognizing that unprofessional behavior may lead to termination from the internship program.
